Attending your therapy sessions is essential for making the most of your therapeutic journey, but we understand that life can sometimes interfere. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and keep things running smoothly. Please note that missed appointments without prior notice may incur a full session fee. We encourage you to discuss any cancellation policies directly with your therapist to ensure clarity.

In today’s era of social media, where everything is more public and less private, maintaining your privacy and confidentiality is our top priority. Our social media policy is designed to ensure that your therapeutic relationship remains secure and respectful. Please review our full social media policy carefully, and we’ll discuss it further during our first session.

Please re-book the session or move the session to online or phone if you are feeling sick.  You may come to in-person sessions if you have an improvement in symptoms and no fever for 24 hours. 

You will be asked to wear a mask in session up to 5 days following an improvement in symptoms and no fever for 24 hours.
